About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Next.js Developer to help us build modern user interfaces. You will work closely with our senior developers to implement new features and improve the user experience of our web applications. Key Responsibilities
- Full Stack Development: Build scalable applications using Next.js (App Router), Server Actions, and Middleware.
- Database Management: Design and maintain relational database schemas using PostgreSQL.
- ORM Integration: Use Prisma ORM for efficient data modeling, migrations, and type-safe database queries.
- API Design: Develop high-performance RESTful APIs and handle server-side logic.
- Frontend: Create responsive and modern UIs using Tailwind CSS and TypeScript.
Technical Requirements
- Experience: 1-2 years of professional experience with Next.js and TypeScript
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Database: Solid understanding of PostgreSQL (Queries, Joins, Indexing).
- ORM: Hands-on experience with Prisma or similar ORMs.
- Backend Basics: Knowledge of Auth (NextAuth/Clerk) and file uploads.
- Skills: Strong command over JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS.
- Portfolio: Must have at least 2-3 live projects or a solid GitHub profile showing Next.js work.
- Tools: Proficient in Git/GitHub and understanding of Vercel/Netlify/Railway deployments.
